CyberSafeKY Partnership

Rene True at CyberSafeKY event in Bowling Green

Rene True, executive director of ConnectKentucky, addresses parents and the crowd at an Oct. 22 CyberSafeKY event in Bowling Green.

ConnectKentucky, the Kentucky Attorney General's Office and the Kentucky Department of Education recently announced a partnership to expand and launch new programs this school year to educate parents and help keep children safe on the Internet.

The partnership has hosted two free regional parent workshops--on October 15 in Hazard and October 22 in Bowling--to instruct parents about how to use technology and monitor activity on the Internet.
